They aree almost identical, about 1/16 shorter with 1/32 in either end. The holes and indentations line up exactly and they are the same width and height. They fit perfectly. I did replace all three holders after one of mine came loose and was destroyed. The planner is fine and works with these, but replaced all three to make sure balance was maintained. The 375 is correct, the 374 is about 1/2 inch too short. Time will tell, but they are working. Well built, straight and consistent build between all three.
