Imported Beer! It's not made in the U.K. to a recipe - which is a good thing!
I once tried this on a trip to Canada, since I tried it there, I’ve always been hankering for it ever since (similar story with root beer too!) not that I could really remember if I like it or not.Luckily Amazon to the rescue, although it’s been in and out of stock (normally out of stock) for the past few years - but when I’ve managed to get it - it’s very tasty!Quite strong tasting, somewhere in between a stronger U.K. lager and an IPA.I don’t drink a huge amount to be honest and this means I would probably only be able to manage a few of these at a time, due to their strength in alcohol content and taste. Not the cheapest beer, BUT there is a reason for this….The GREAT thing about these are they are brewed in Canada and imported to the U.K. Most foreign beers are made to a specific recipie in the U.K. and I would say they are therefore U.K. copies - not the original drinks! No such issue with these as they are imported!! Which obviously puts the price up. I’d much rather pay a little bit more to have the actual imported stuff, as opposed to an American lager brewed in the U.K. (Brooklyn Lager - I’m looking at you!!!).My beers were shipped in three boxes (outside Amazon box, then another Amazon box, and then the official moose head box). Absolutely amazed that these arrived intact - but obviously incredibly glad!!! :)Overall - a tad expensive, but you get what you pay for - especially as it’s an imported product. It’s not going to be for everyone - but I’m a fan!

A firm favourite for us!
Great lager, shame it’s so overpriced!

Perfect
Love Moosehead, so pleased I can get it in the UK. Sadly doesn't come in the outer packaging like the advert. Fond. Memories of Saint John, New Brunswick where it is brewed, have set up regular order. UPDATE I had this on a regular monthly order @£17.99 then it went out of stock. I'm not paying the updated price of £31. I have since found Marks & Spencers do 6 bottle packs for £9

Great Canadian beer
Really enjoy Moosehead beer (lager) and quite hard to find where I'm living at the moment. Arrived quickly and very well packaged for safety.

Moosehead lagger 10/10
One of the nicest beers I’ve had, great taste and absolutely brilliant when it’s freezing cold. Would highly recommend it, worth every penny. Goes down a treat.

Still lovely stuff!
I'd not had a bottle of Moosehead since the late 80s when it used to be available in Pizza Hut (no idea if it still is?) It made a wonderful accompaniment to Priazzo pie (I've never forgiven PH for stopping those, probably why I'be not been back there much ever since!)Anyway, so glad to find it available on Amazon. Not cheap but still tasty especially when well chilled! I shall be ordering more....

Great for slugs and not bad for head gardener either
This works very well as an affordable slug deterrent . But it is costing more now as for every slug trap the head gardener seems to have a crafty extra bottle or two.
