I'm quite anxious and distracted and too much traditional coffee gives me the jitters, as well as messing up with my sleep. I had none of these effects drinking Wake. I had a long and busy few days at work and felt focused and awake (no 3 pm slump) and fell asleep like a baby at night. The taste is really lovely. The coffee flavour is balanced by cocoa which gives it a nice dark roast taste, and an earthy tone. I just mix it with hot water and it's the right strength. I really like the fact the ingredients are clean and that there's no artificial sweeteners.
