My sound stopped, we haven’t had it long at all, the lights work fine. Anything I can do to fix it?

Im not sure about fixing it. If you've changed the battery and have adjusted the button and nothing works then replace it. The phone does not have good sound anyway. It is very low to begin with.

Can it go any Louder?

I had to.take it apart to make it work, and then you could barely hear it. It was a waste of money for me and it got tossed out.

How do you turn on I received a watch without a box?

It should have a box. Maybe it isn't new. I would return it and hopefully get one with a box.

Do you have to turn the Toy on and off for the child play with it

There’s a green apple on side of the phone. It slides up and down for on and off. The child can easily/accidentally turn on and off on their own. Great toy, but our screw to battery compartment came stripped so we can’t put new batteries in it. Kids enjoyed while it worked , until we couldn’t change batteries .

Sound quality is low

Unfortunately, this toy phone didn’t meet my expectations. While it looks cute, the sound quality is very low and not adjustable, which can be overwhelming for a toddler.The buttons are hard to press, and my child quickly lost interest. The toy also feels light and cheaply made, and I’m not confident it will hold up to regular toddler play.Overall, it may be okay for very short use, but it wasn’t engaging or durable enough for us. I wouldn’t repurchase this item.
