Why doesn't the Christmas tree I received look as full as in the main picture?

The Christmas tree is shipped compressed, so please spend 30-60 minutes fluffing the branches after installation to restore its full appearance.

Is the tree really lifelike in person?

Absolutely. Our tree features a mix of PE and PVC branch tips—the PE mimics the color and texture of real pine needles, while the PVC adds fullness. Many customers say it looks even better than real trees.

Why does my tree have fewer sections than shown in the manual?

No worries if your tree has fewer sections — it's matched to your tree's height. Reference • 4–7FT: 3 sections (A, B, C) • 7.5–9FT: 4 sections (A, B, C, D)

Is this tree safe for homes with pets or kids?

Yes. No sharp edges or loose parts, and the solid base keeps it steady. Cat owners say the branches are less tempting to climb.

Does it work well in smaller spaces or apartments?

Yes! We offer multiple sizes from 4FT to 9FT, with slim options for apartments, offices, or kids’ rooms.
