Effective and stays in place.
Used for my lower back pain. Herniated disc on a nerve. Had a bad flare up and these were helpful. Unlike other patches, these remain in place without shifting.

They work but dont stick
I use this all the time last time I ordered it it didn't stick so I will find another item that works and won't buy this one

Makes pain worse.
It doesn't work for my back pain.If anything,it made it WORSE.And it burns.I don't like that I can't return it!

I seem to like it!
I have brought this product more than once and I wear it a little below my knee is where I have tension sometimes but it seems to work well for me. I like the idea that it’s not a patch that has a lot of medicated smell to it. so if you’re going somewhere and you’re gonna be walking a lot you can apply it, it doesn’t have a medicine smell doesn’t conflict with any perfume you might wanna wear and I can walk around without having some slightly annoying pain . So buying it more than once also shows that I do like the product and I will continue to use it.
