It’s easy to assemble—took me about 10 minutes—and the build feels sturdy. I’ve used it on turf and grass, and it glides well without tearing things up. The harness is comfortable, though the straps are pretty long. I had to adjust them a bit to get a snug fit. It’s not huge, but for home workouts or warm-ups, it’s perfect.
