I think the quality is very good for the money and the colours are rich and warm. So why only three stars? The rug had clearly been stored in a roll for quite a long time and there had been weight on the roll, so it arrived in the shape of a rugby ball. I have had the rug down for a month and I hoover it most days. However, I can not get it to lie flat. If the sides are down the end is up, and if the end is down one of the sides ripples. I think the backing has been warped by the storage.
