Better than gummies
I have tried there complete range. This and nano iron are the only flavors which are subpar, the rest are absolute yum. They satiate sweet craving after a meal and are extremely healthy.

It was all round a decent product. It didn't really massively help me, maybe cause I have a severe case and this one is better for daily maintenance of gut health.Preferably go for the daily slow probiotic capsules.
