f you're after a reliable, mellow Mānuka honey that balances quality and affordability, this one definitely hits the sweet spot. ✅ Pros: - Smooth texture, easy to scoop - Mild, pleasant flavour (not too medicinal!) - Great for tea, toast, or straight from the spoon - Secure packaging and BPA-free jar - Certified MGO + UMF and made in NZ ❌ Cons: - Not the highest UMF out there (but great for everyday use) - Plastic jar might not appeal to glass purists

I have had manuka honey in the past and liked it but, so far, I like the taste of this one the best. I've had it on toast, crumpets, scones and I used some to make honey joys. The honey joys were beautiful and had a nicer taste than I get with regular honey. When I have it on toast I only use a small amount and get a lot of flavour. I have added it to tea too and it feels nice and soothing to drink. I accidentally knocked the jar over in the pantry and noticed it in the morning and the jar hadn't leaked like my last one did from another brand. Pretty well priced too compared to some others.

It’s very cold where I am right now so upon opening my honey is already starting to solidify and is currently a little mushy. Besides that it’s a sweet, rich and tasty honey which I find best eaten on some toast or in some oats or tea. I absolutely love that this Manuka honey has antibacterial properties, although it’s not on the higher end it’s still great for everyday health.

I love New Zealand honey, and this 85+ MGO Manuka Honey is my new favourite. What I love about it: - Smooth flavour - Health benefits of the honey plus the additions through the 85MGO - Very good quality honey - Good quality container, so if you only use a small amount of honey it will keep its quality.

I really like this EGMONT MANUKA HONEY. It’s not cheap at $30AUD for a 500g bottle but is less expensive than some other Manuka honeys. I normally buy generic honey for about $13 (AUD) a kilo at the supermarket or green grocers but this Egmont honey is quite a step-up. It has a thick consistency and tastes really nice. By comparison the generic honey is runnier and tastes a bit anemic. From reading articles on the internet, it’s not clear whether there is any real evidence that Manuka honey is better than other honey and so worth the higher cost. As for any healing properties, I have no occasion to test that at the moment! Whatever, for the taste alone Manuka Honey is worth trying.
