I like how this book sets a good foundation of how to approach Japanese as a beginner.

It’s a big book which is 7 books in one! They’re offering quite a lot which I am going to enjoy.

I like it better than genki because it uses standard romanization which is more widely used. After years of standard romanization Sensee (Genki) doesn't look like the same word as sensei (this book) to me and throws me off.

Very basic but handy book. It brakes down and explains well to avoid any confusion you main have no just in hiragana, katakana, and Kanji, but also breaks down the structure of the sentense.

Really useful.

Learning Japanese, or any new language as an adult, can be very overwhelming. I have decided that as I get older, I want to try new things and broaden my intellectual capabilities. Learning new languages is high on my list of priorities. Japanese has always fascinated me and I plan to travel to Japan in the coming years. I thought this workbook would be a good place to start to familiarize myself with the language and start my learning process. I found this to be a good decision. It is a comprehensive approach which not only focuses on the denotations of the words and usage, but also the written aspect as well. I also liked that it is a bundle and all the resources I need are in one place. Overall, I recommend this if you are trying to learn Japanese!
