As much as I love Bob's Red Mill products, the pearl millet and millet flour have a peculiar aftertaste. This ragi or finger millet flour is delicious with absolutely no bitterness. I am new to roti making and am looking for alternatives to wheat and this flour fits the bill perfectly. Will purchase again!

Good product

I thought this was the yellow millet flour I usually purchase. It’s not. Not sure how to use it.

This is not ordinary millet... it is Pearl Millet which is significantly lower in phytic acid (Anti-nutrient in many gluten free flours that absorbs essential nutrients like iron, selenium & iodine). Great product. Great price.

I cooked this and it smelled off and when I tasted it it tasted like a motor engine. It has that smell too, kinda rubbery smell. I threw it all away.
