Don’t waste your money. Doesn’t work outside and support is not helpful. Wish I had a refund. Wasted hours running the wires outside only for it to keep cutting out and stop working. Just took it down.

*UPDATE* - Since being in touch with zosi they have kindly sent me the updated software to install and since this, all of the issues I mentioned are now resolved. A few pros and a few cons that are worth noting. First the bad then the good: The Zosi smart app is Absolutely appalling and the biggest let down for this system. 99.99% of the time the playback doesn’t work it just freezes, as with the rest of the app functions, just very buggy and very slow to load. Borderline unusable. 5 mins on google will tell you that most people are having the same experience. An old outdated app that doesn’t function at all. Next con.. The actual NVR itself seems to be using vintage software, very laggy and really not clear where anything is or what anything does. I’m a tech savvy person with a good amount of experience with CCTV and even I struggled to make sense of the many motion detection modes that have to sync with the other recording schedules to work properly. Even then when I got it figured out, I was having random cameras start flashing and having sirens going off while the alarms were all disabled. Now, with all of that being said, if you want a basic high quality 4k system to protect a commercial or domestic property, you probably won’t find cheaper than this. The field of view is great, the image quality in day and night vision is excellent and installation is very easy too with the mounting templates. Zosi if you read this, your hardware is spot on, just spend some time upgrading the nvr and phone app software and you will have a 5 star system. Despite the negatives mentioned it is still a strong system with very good potential… just pending some software updates that I’m hoping will be resolved in the future.

I purchased a ZOSI 8 dome camera kit in 2022 and due to more a few technical and system failures, I decided to give ZOSI another try (I know...). So I ordered the new and improved kit with two way audio and improved cameras. The first impression is, the cameras are slightly better. The audio is awful quality, sounds like the walkie talkies you may of played with when you were a kid, gables and high pitch noises. The DVR and box is standard, absolutely nothing has changed, hope this one lasts longer then 12 months. To summarise, it's a an OK kit 3* out of 5*. Ultimately you get what you pay for. My compliments to ZOSI customer team, who did everything possible to resolve the sound issue. Alas, it wasn't fixed but the effort involved meant a lot. I would still consider buying ZOSI cctv kits, they do get better.

Had a problem with one of the cameras. Ariana was super helpful and replaced it, very prompt in responding and great customer service.

Outstanding CCTV system. Straight forward Installation & set up. 10/10 Playback and recording features. Two way audio very clear.
