I actually really like these! The softgels are small, which is a HUGE plus for me because I do not like taking giant vitamins that feel like they get stuck in your throat. These are super easy to swallow and I haven’t noticed any weird taste or aftertaste either. Since you only take one a day, this lasts a long time, which makes it worth the price to me.
