A friend of mine recommended Milk Aplenty from Rumina Naturals when I told her I was having milk supply issues with my newborn. I purchased my first bottle directly from Rumina. I was happy to see this supplement was completely natural, ceritfied organic and NON-GMO. I take a few drops in the mornings and I started seeing a big difference in the milk flow. It is an amazing product because with a few drops of this supplement you get everything you need to increase your milk supply. It has also been such a time saver, because there are some tea options out there but I wasn't willing to drink 10 plus cups of tea each day and all day long. who has time for that and also you don't have to keep reminding yourself to make another cup of tea throughout the day. I feel like not only a few drops of this supplement is easy to use but also its good for you. I believe it is equivalent to drinking 20 cups of tea. After finishing my first bottle I was happy to see that I could now order it from Amazon. I ordered my second bottle from Amazon and it arrived in 2 days. Even though it says it will take up to two weeks to arrive, I was pleasantly surprised when I received the shipment in such a short time. I am glad to know that I can buy it here without worrying to run out.

1 star is a compliment. After 10 days of use, this product halved my already low supply and tastes and smells like fingernail polish remover. This product would be an exceptional lighter fluid.

First and foremost, this stuff tastes horrendous. Second, it absolutely increased my suppply. I tried the “liquid gold” and “cash cow” supplements before this one, they had no effect. They’re also more expensive in the long run. This stuff lasts twice as long at least, as one of the liquid gold supplement bottles. Baby was supplementing on average 12 oz of formula before I started rumina. I’m now at the tail end of my first bottle and we’ve gone a full 48 hours without an oz of formula. Highly recommend. For the taste I mix with a shot of cranberry juice.

As I went back to work and was pumping for my baby I noticed a decrese in production and was sad because I wanted to produced enough for at least an entire year...when I stumbled upon rumina naturals Milk Aplenty I loved that the product was natural, organic, non-GMO and proven to help flow. I went from pumping 3oz to getting 5 and sometimes 6oz each side. I was alleviated and elated to find something that was simple to use and potent to work quickly! I highly recommend this product and am so glad I found it!

Holy crap this taste awful. I would recommend you find a blend elsewhere that uses Stevie so you can actually get it down.

I bought it because a friend of me told me about this product it supposed to help you get more production of milk but instead I'm seying less production and also taste horrible, for me didn't work.

This supplement is amazing! After a couple weeks of using it, my milk supply has doubled! The strong taste is absolutely worth the boost in milk supply.

Je ne peux pas affirmer à 100% que ma quantité a augmentée grâce à cette "potion magique", car il y a plusieurs facteurs qui peuvent entrer en ligne de compte. Premièrement, au bout de 12-14 jours j'ai commencé à voir une belle différence dans ma production de lait. Cependant, ça tombe aussi au même moment où j'ai changé de coupole pour une coupole mieux ajustée à mon mamelon. La plupart des tire-lait viennent avec une coupole 21 à 24 mm de large pour le mamelon, alors que la grosseur moyenne d'un mamelon se situe entre 13 à 17 mm!! Une trop grosse coupole peu grandement affecter la quantité de lait tiré, une trop petite coupole aussi d'ailleurs. Il est donc important de mesurer son mamelon avant d'utiliser la coupole incluse avec le tire-lait et de se procurer une coupole bien ajustée. Le stress également peu engendrer une diminution de la quantité de lait tiré. Tirer son lait sur un coin de table pendantes que les deux enfants s'excitent, crient et deviennent impatiens, ce n'est pas la meilleure ambiance pour tirer son lait. Idéalement, on s'installe confortablement dans un endroit tranquille et on profite du moment. Il faut plus voir ce moment comme une méditation et non comme une corvée. Notre façon d'accueillir le moment de tirer son lait aura un impact sur la quantité tirée. Avoir une photo de son bébé tout près peu favoriser la montée de lait! C'est fou comme ça l'allaitement ! Bref, il y a une journée où je ne pas pu prendre mes gouttes et j'ai vu une nette diminution. Encore là, ça tombe à un même moment ou j'ai eu la gastro... être malade peu également affecter la production... c'est donc dur de dire si je produit plus en prenant mes gouttes. Malgré cela, je continue à les prendre et je continuerai jusqu'à ce que j'arrête de tirer mon lait et d'allaiter, car je n'ose pasprendre la chance de diminuer ma production. Bien sûr que ça ne goutte pas bon, c'est une teinture! Les teintures ont un goût très prononcé et affreux prises toute seules. Mettez les gouttes dans un jus ou dans du lait d'avoine, vous n'y verrez que du feu!!

I had a tear in my eye when ending my subscription to this outstanding product after using it for over a year with my baby. I'm sure many of you mama's can relate to the frustration and emotions that accompany nursing struggles. I tried so many things, including four lactation consultant appointments, with zero change. This was a game changer, along with the other rumina product, goat's rue. I remember telling my husband "this is my last effort" and thank God it was a good fit for me. Several other reviews mentioned they used both products, so I started with both. I don't know what my body's response would have been with just one, but maybe next baby I will try to alternate. I started using it when my son was 5 months old, and it took about a week of taking it 3x a day until I noticed a significant difference. After the 8 months mark I went down to using it just morning and night. Now, to echo other reviews, it does taste incredibly bad as it is. But mixed with a little sip of Lemonade, pineapple juice, whatever, something tart, it kind of tastes like a mixed drink. Worth. Every. Sip. And worth every penny. I definitely recommend subscribing if you are planning to nurse as long as the AAP and CDC are recommending now. Some other helpful resources for me were researching your "magic number" to understand what your personal milk capacity is, and how that relates to how many removals are needed to increase, maintain, or decrease production. Silver nipple cups to help with healing and to reduce the chances of thrush. Then of course get several opinions on the possibility of oral ties with your little one. God bless!!

I have purchased both the alcohol version and the alcohol free version. I will say that the alcohol free version is $5 more but it has a better consistency and the taste is more palatable. I take the 2ml in a small glass (1.5oz) of cranberry juice and couldn't taste it at all. The version with alcohol has a stronger taste and I still mix it with cranberry juice but also take a bit of juice as a chaser afterwards. It does have a bit of that alcohol burn too which I don't like. I do find it has helped my milk supply if you take it 3 times per day. Probably a milk increase of at least 50%. Give it the full 2 weeks but I did notice an increase even within a couple of days. Overall I think it is worth the investment. I will just make sure to buy the alcohol free version moving forward.

This has helped increase my milk supply - you do have to use very consistently for a few weeks to see results, but I’m super impressed (after struggling for 7 months to keep supply up) The only downside is that the taste it is absolutely awful. My LC recommended to take it with a shot of orange juice after. It is VERY potent. You have to take 2 droppers full. Eventually I learned to put it together in an accucup instead of having to taste it twice. So I take a sip of orange juice, drink the tincture, then more orange juice. Bottom line is I would never go through the taste of this twice a day if it didn’t actually work. Almost done my second bottle now. Rumina does have an alcohol free version on their website (haven’t tried it) incase you really can’t do the strong taste of alcohol.

Reading reviews, almost did not purchase. Can't stand bad flavors. However, after putting 2ml in a small cup of water and finding it surprisingly mild, it dawned on me the exact taste- they have bottled up the exact flavor of the odor that hits you in the face when you walk into any health food store, even down to the slightly stale finisher. It seems to work, but also a tongue tie revision is probably doing the bulk of the job. Peace of mind is a costly thing, anyone with feeding struggles knows... Wish it was less expensive. Edit: too many factors going on right now, but weighed in after a week and my baby gained only half as much as when I was taking Goats Rue Capsules. Stopped taking it and started Goat Rue Tinciture by the same brand. Poor gains again and much of the daytime suddenly had almost no milk flowing and heard no swallowing at all, less wet diapers. Only milk would flow at night. Stopped goats rue and after a few days of despair that my supply had vanished, things seem to have bounced back. Wish I could get my money back.
