I love having this tiny Storm Glass in my kitchen! It is the perfect size to sit in my window sill, and it gives me something to look at while I do dishes. The base is made of solid wood, and I like that I have the option to sit it on the base or on its own. Having the wood base would make it easy to personalize to give as a housewarming gift, too! My girls love coming back every day to check how the crystals are changing. Shipping was fast, and it came well packaged in a box with an insert that shows pictures of how the weather effects the crystals growth. I will definitely remember this item as a fun gift to help remind friends to slow down and appreciate the little things in life!

I'm glad I purchased the storm glass weather predictor. I'm very impressed with the packaging and the sleek design of the weather barometer. The brochure that came with the weather glass has a chart of the different crystal formations. I have it out on my dining room table and find myself looking at the different formations and checking the chart all the time, it works great!!

This storm glass looks and works great and it fit in my windowsill perfectly.
