In 1947, Ms Danielle Roches introduced this quasi " magical" cream to the cosmetic world, claiming visible growth and thickening of the eyelashes under the name TALIKA. TALIKA became the secret of many movie stars and other glamorous women. Its formula, never divulgated, remains the only product officially recognized and allowed to claim its effect on the actual growth (or regrowth) of the eyelashes. Who should use it ? Anyone who has short lashes, sparse lashes. Anyone who feel her / his lashes are not thick enough. Anyone who lost or is losing her / his lashes. * Warning: We recommend the use of Talika Eyelash Lipocils to those who prefer a non oily formula. Use twice a day (morning and evening) during the first 28 days, then once a day. Thoroughly cleanse your lashes with TALIKA eye make up remover before applying.
