Davis Lewis Orchards Raw Fancy Organic Sunflower Seeds, 14 Ounce

These seeds were seemingly from the U.S> which was important to me.... and they were pretty fresh as far as I can taste. I keep them in my fridge and they are a good source of raw seeds in my diet. I would recommend these over other brands - be sure you are ordering from the U.S.A with any product like this. Im extremely picky...and these are acceptable in the kitchen.

It’s important to pay more to get USA grown organic SF seeds as most sold are Chinese. Im wondering why last weeks shipment had nice larger kernels and this weeks shipment were small like Chinese seeds (first time I ordered from dL they were also small). Why can’t I get the large kernels consistently? Makes me wonder if DL orchard is sourcing outside? (Larger kernels were placed on yellow cover of this shipment for comparison)

Yum, yum, yum! These seeds are so delicious! I prefer to eat them with a bit of salt sprinkled on top - but they're still delicious, even without. There are a lot of servings in this box, and it's lasted me a month now. I toss a handful into a zip lock bag and take it on the go for a healthy, and filling snack.These are perfect for those who are trying to work away from junk food snacking throughout the day. They give you a satisfying feeling that curbs 'between-meal hunger'.On top of the above, eating organic gives me peace of mind for me and my kids.Overall, I'm very happy with these seeds and will be back for more!

So very happy to find organic sunflower seeds that are actually grown in the U.S.A. I don't want any food from China! These seeds are tasty and fresh and crisp. Highly recommend.

I've bought these at least a dozen times and they've been good, big good-tasting kernels. But this time I got tiny, weirdly dark colored, bitter seeds. Now I see what other reviewers were talking about when they said these are inconsistent. At this price I don't think I'll buy them again, if there's a chance of getting more like this. I'm tossing them out. It does make me wonder if they turn to outside suppliers sometimes?

Tastewise, the seeds are fine. My reason for giving the product a less than perfect rating is that there are so many broken pieces in the batch. You cannot pick up a spoonful of seeds without getting bits and pieces of the seeds in the spoon...more than what I have experienced from other suppliers of organic raw sunflower seeds.

When I first received the sunflower seeds I did not like them. They have no salt on them & very little taste. But I ate a couple. The taste was unique and they are very fresh. Now every time I’m hungry or every time I walk by my kitchen counter I grab a bunch and put them in my mouth and I really have developed a love for these seeds and I am getting ready to buy them again. I’m glad that I tried them and stuck with them for a few days because not only are they healthy I really enjoy the taste.

These are very nice sunflower seeds. Nicely packaged and with a good flavor.Amazon's delivery was not so good, however. They left the package in the hot sun on my driveway.
