Where is my complete order??
I was to receive two straws and a straw cleaner, along with the hammer and opener, with a storage sacks. Where is my straws and cleaners & storage sack? Not easy to use either. Please see pics attached. Ok guys, where is the rest of what I ordered? Parrotfish short changed me....This has NOT been corrected!!....C'Mon!!....

Good but a loud option....
It works and is durable but not very convenient when others are sleeping in the house since it still takes a few good wacks to open a coconut. I prefer the knife method myself still.
