Just had to rent to rewatch! It’s been years

Powerful, emotional drama with the kind of great acting that makes you forget they're even acting. Disjointed, yes, and that's part of the realism of this film. Intense, realistic look into the lives of people - not everything has to be spelled out to glimpse their day to day struggles, pain and hope. A relevant today in 2021 as when it was made. Highly recommend.

A lot of truth in this movie about what goes on everyday in this r@cist world we live in.

The actors were great, but the plot was a downer. That being said, it was a very good movie.

This was an interesting, dynamic and great movie from beginning to end. Well-written script, superb translation to film, and the performances by both Samuel L. Jackson and Julianne Moore are deserving of awards of some type. Thoroughly well-done movie.

Great story, cast, acting. Hard to watch but this is a part of society we all need to recognize.
