This item does not have the full laydown collar. It's the type of collar meant only for use with a bow tie. Buyer beware.Note that the label on the package even SAID it was a laydown collar but was definitely not.I debated about ordering one of each anyways, so I guess I'll buy one from a different seller which (hopefully) will come as described.

shirt is good but tight on the biceps, I got by by keeping my jacket on sleeve length is legit but arm barrels are too small

I had to alter the shirt (I can sew) but after that it worked out fine. Runs small so buy a size bigger, and also longer sleeves.
