For the first time in one complete set. Meet the great Skulduggery Pleasant: wise-cracking detective, powerful magician, master of dirty tricks and burglary (in the name of the greater good, of course). Oh yeah. And dead. Then there's his sidekick, Stephanie. She's...well, she's a twelve-year-old girl. With a pair like this on the case, evil had better watch out..."So you won't keep anything from me again" He put his hand to his chest."Cross my heart and hope to die." "Okay then. Though you don't actually have a heart," she said. "I know." "And technically, you've already died." "I know that too." "Just so we're clear." Stephanie's uncle Gordon is a writer of horror fiction. But when he dies and leaves her his estate, Stephanie learns that while he may have written horror, it certainly wasn't fiction. Pursued by evil forces intent on recovering a mysterious key, Stephanie finds help from an unusual source - the wisecracking skeleton of a dead wizard. When all hell breaks loose, it's lucky for Skulduggery that he's already dead.Though he's about to discover that being a skeleton doesn't stop you from being tortured, if the torturer is determined enough. And if there's anything Skulduggery hates, it's torture...Will evil win the day. Will Stephanie and Skulduggery stop bickering long enough to stop it. One thing's for sure: evil won't know what's hit it.Book One, Skulduggery Pleasant, Book Two, Playing with Fire, Book Three, The Faceless Ones, Book Four, Dark Days, Book Five, Mortal Coil, Book Six, Death Bringer, Book Seven, Kingdom of the Wicked, Book eight, Last Stand of Dead Man and Book nine The Dying of the Light. Great books;I love scapegrace
Fun read, especially if you enjoy “marvel humour” and it gets more interesting the more books you read but I don’t think it’s perfect.Former killer supreme and zombie king, the vigilante Vaurien Scapegrace is a trans icon.

Great series
I love reading Skulduggery Pleasant. It was my favourite book series when I was younger but I lost the books that I had from that time and I always wanted to read them again so I bought the series. Definitely recommend that people give it a read because it is well written and it is great way to relax and let your mind drift into imagination.

Perfect condition in a display-ready casing. I already had the first of the series but seeing this set (first 10) sell for the price of 3 bookstore purchases, I was sold. And it is perfect.

Love this series
Five star for delivery, five stars for the entirety of the series I was listening to these on audiobook and was loving it so I bought this box set to have a physical copy. I think there are two or three more books in the series plus a novella that I have not read yet but plan to. Depending on your child and their age, reading level and what you would or would not allow them to read (I say this because there are some parents, and I know a couple, that won’t let their kids watch Scooby Doo or SpongeBob, which is stupid) this is a great series for ages 10+ It is a very unique read with lots of magic, action and comedy.
