I’ve been using this brand for years, I’ve purchased locally and online. I use it for bowel movement and constipation and have also used it in some recipes. Always have been happy with it until last night when I came across a big piece of Rat feces! I threw the whole thing and my stomach is still turning! I won’t be buying that again. To think I used it during my pregnancy.

I bought this product as my regular psyllium husk brand wasn't available in the UK. This stuff is whiter than what I used to use but it gets the job done. A lot of people mix this with water, but I prefer to add it to my greek yoghurt in the morning and mix it in with milk. I let it sit for 2-3mins so the milk is absorbed by the husk and eat it as normal. I've also added it ot my oatmeal while cooking on the stove top with no issues (maybe add a bit more milk/water than normal). It has no taste and definitely keeps you regular! I would recommend that you move this into an air tight container once you've opened it though.
