Hilph Perineal Ice Packs for Postpartum Hemorrhoid Pain Relief, Blue

When my daughter had surgery, I think I bought just about every type of ice pack Amazon had. I probably spent around $50 trying different ones, and these were hands down the best of the bunch. The shape fit the area much better than the others, so they actually stayed where they needed to without constantly shifting around. They also stayed cold much longer than the other packs I tried, which meant we weren't swapping them out every few minutes. They provided great pain relief during those first few days after surgery. They've held up well after repeated freezing and thawing, and the fabric sleeve is soft and easy to wash. They also don't take forever to refreeze, which was important since we were rotating through them all day. If you're trying to decide between different perineal ice packs, these are the ones I'd recommend. After comparing several brands side by side, these were definitely the winner.

Works so well. Lasts a bit longer than the crack packs they give you at the hospital and it comes with two so you can wash and swap easily. Came in quite clutch and worth the money.

This is the most wonderful invention in this world. I have been in so much pain for a week now and one minute using one of these has given me so much relief!

(medical talk - kinda gross): Ok, so let's be real... women AND men get "the roids" sometimes, and at times they can be really (as in REALLY) bad. These do work somewhat to help reduce the pain at least for a little while. They come with washable covers and you get two so one can always be freezing. My one suggestion? Send them with covers that are more standard, like grey or black, etc... technically these are marketed as "unisex" but the box/covers are very feminine - maybe making them more standard would get more guys to realize they're there for them, too. Anyway - they work.

Well, I do hope the inside gel stuff is non toxic because one of them came apart in a small area of the seams today and started leaking balls and wet stuff. I've only had these for less than a month and a half. However, it's still a pretty good deal since two came in the package. We'll see how long the other one holds up and how well glue works on plastic to seal the broken one. They seem to hold cold well enough for a short icing session. The disposable pad covers are a nice addition.

These are good for postpartum relief. I have only used them cold. The covers are good too.

10/10! Been using for pelvic girdle pain, and plan to use postpartum. The disposable sleeves are great, these are flexible even when frozen and aren’t like a hard ice pack on the sensitive bits.

These are life savers. These are really convenient and comfortable to use. The packs are flexible even when frozen, and the soft sleeves make them much more comfortable than using a regular hard ice pack. Having two packs is especially useful because I can keep one cold while using the other. The reusable design is also much more practical than constantly buying disposable ones.

I bought these to use postpartum after a natural delivery. They really helped reduce swelling and pain following stitches! They get really cold and having 2 is useful to have 1 in use and 1 in the freezer. They come with red sleeves which are useful to collect any blood and then chuck them in the washing machine. They are very long and will fit in the biggest pants. I imagine they'd also be useful for a c section incision if ok'd by the doc. We still use them as regular ice packs without the sleeves as they stay cold for a long time and are really flexible. Seams seem to be of good quality, haven't had one burst yet! Would buy again if I needed to. Or great gift for a friend post partum!

I just received these and I am beyond happy with it! I have not used them just yet as I am still pregnant but just the feeling of them is great quality! They are flexible, they are gelly so its gunna be great for freezing and warming. The covers for it are extremely soft and this product is gunna be so perfect for postpartum. I was told to get frida mom freeze pads but these I wanted to try and I am so glad I bought these! Half the price and way more practical! They also have a breast feeding pad cover. This is for sure made for postpartum in mind for woman. Highly recommend!
