These have a rounded cord which makes it easier to not get tangled in hair and to adjust. You get thickness for durability and flat areas only where you adjust it. We don't swim too heavily but the kiddo adopted these relatively quickly. I've had an item change on me in the far past. These pink kids' swim goggles work really well. They fit snugly without being too tight, and the adjustable straps make it easy to get the perfect fit. The lenses are clear and don’t fog up, which is a big plus while swimming, especially for kids who like to dive and come up, dive and come up, repeat. The eyepieces have a rubber material that conforms to your head shape to stop water from leaking in. My child loves the fun color and says they’re very comfortable to wear even hours after swimming with them. Great quality and cute design—highly recommended!

These swim goggles look exactly like the pictures and come in a nice cardboard box. There is zero plastic to discard except a liner on the goggles themselves. They are easy to adjust and my daughter says they are very comfortable. She is 9 and the goggles fit her face perfectly without any leaking. She hasn’t had any trouble with fogging either. She wears her hair in a ponytail all the time, which can be a challenge with other goggles/masks since the bands tend to line up with her pony tail. Due to the split bands, one can go above and the other below her ponytail, which makes for a much better fit. The quality seems very good and I would definitely get these again.

We are a swim family. We have ever brand of goggles for our boys but the Arena googles seem to fit and perform the best as far as youth sizes go. Both of my sons and I swim with Arena goggles along with their other gear. Arena is a high end brand for swimming equipment.. You can't go wrong with them.
