great cue
great cue. beautiful inlays etc. shoots great. I got the 10.5 mm tip but I wish I would've gotten the 11.5. But the smaller tip in practice helps me shoot straight when I switch to a 12.5 or 13.

Terrible customer service. Not standing by your product.
The cue itself is great. The extension is another story. I don’t know if it was a manufacturing error or what, but my extension will not stay on my cue. I believe the bolt is too short. I’m able to screw it on but it then falls off. I’ve contacted Konllen without success and have left seller feedback on Amazon. Crickets!!!
