MDP+ Red Lacto Collagen Grinding Cleansing Balm | Pore Cleansing, Hydrating, 1.69 Oz/50ml, Pore Tightening, Travel Cleanser

I LOOOOOOOOOVE THIS GRINDER. I really enjoy cleansing balms as a first step to remove makeup. My biggest gripe with balms is they're usually in a jar so you have to unscrew the lid, use a clean scooper every time (as to not get bacteria in the product), then seal the lid with the balm on your hand........it may not sound like a big deal but at the end of the day when I'm tired and just want to get a shower, it's a real pain. With this product it's SO easy to use, I don't have to worry about getting bacteria in my jar and the cleaning balm is just as wonderful as the delivery system. This balm removes all of my makeup with a reasonable amount of product and there is no mess, hallelujah!! My skin is dry and I find this balm works perfectly to remove mascara, eyeliner, spf and bb cream, without being drying or breaking me out. I highly recommend this product. 👌

Just a great product that doesn't break me out while working wonderfully! I would, however, try to get it on sale if possible (who wouldn't!?), but it is worth the regular price, as well. This is a very hard to find product in The States, so the price is really worth it to get so quickly!

This balm feels silky smooth on the skin. A tiny bit of water and it melts and washes away makeup. Does a decent job on mascara but I still prefer to use an eye makeup remover before I use this. The packaging is neat - it’s like a pencil sharpener that scrapes a small amount and dispenses it at the top. I use this as step one in double cleansing in the evening.

When this cleanser showed up in my recommended items, I was initially intrigued by the ingredients and the unique grinding dispenser. My curiosity got the best of me so I decided to order it- I’m a huge fan of collagen skin products and it is one of the few ingredients that is soothing and gentle enough to use on my inflamed red rosacea skin. I received the cleanser about 3 weeks ago and have been amazed by the results so far! First of all- the cleanser is more of a solid cleansing “balm” than a liquid cleanser which is perfect for me. I always find that my skin does better with cleansing balms than soaps that dry it out. You twist the bottle of the cleanser to grind some of it out onto the top. It has a balmy, somewhat oily texture to it. You’re actually supposed to apply it to dry skin first and then add water to it to continue cleansing. You can wipe it off or allow some of it to remain on your skin and moisturize it. I love the collagen in this cleanser and how moisturized it makes my skin feel so I prefer to leave a thin layer of it on my skin to let it soak in. As far as results go- wow! This is one of the first cleansers I’ve used that I feel actually does something other than clean and strip my skin. I actually look younger and notice a decrease in fine lines and wrinkles. This cleanser has also not inflamed my sensitive skin or caused any problems with my rosacea. In fact, my skin has greatly improved and the redness has decreased substantially. The cleanser has a slight medicinal scent which doesn’t bother me at all- this company is a subsidiary of “Medipeel” which I believe is a pretty big high end skincare brand in Korea, so that just makes me feel like it is even more of a high quality/ high end product. This is also a great cleanser for traveling because it won’t spill in your bag. I’ll definitely be ordering more of this cleansing balm in the future when I run out. I am a huge fan of Korean skincare products and this one definitely exceeded my expectations.

This is the second Korean cleansing balm I've used. I really like the grinding function of these types of cleansers. There is a subtle scent that isn't my favorite but not a deal breaker. This one is not quite as smooth and didn't lather quite as well as the other brand I've tried. I did like the look and feel of my skin after cleaning. I'm not sure if I would purchase again as it is the same price as the other one but about half the amount of product (there is a coupon right now that makes the price comparable). Overall, it's okay, but not my personal favorite.

I'll admit that I got this because I was so intrigued with the dispensing system that I had to try it. I was not disappointed because this is such a great way to control exactly how much you need without have to stick your finger in the jar or have an extra spatula to get some out. The grinding reminds me of sharpening a pencil and seeing the 'shavings' come out is incredibly satisfying to me. This balm has a scent that reminds me lightly of medicinal with oil scent. It isn't overwhelming or bad but it is there. I don't wear any makeup so I just use this clean the sunscreen off my face and love that it benefits my skin in so many ways while it cleans at the same time. The instructions are pretty easy to follow. Dispense the needed amount (less is more) and massage it into skin, wet hands and massage your face a little more, and finally wash off your face with lukewarm water. I was worried that I would be left with slightly oily feeling skin but that wasn't the case at all and it was instead feeling moisturized and hydrated. The scent wasn't even an issue after washing it off. I have used this morning and night with good success. I love cleaning my face but not feeling like I have to replenish all the moisture back after. This balm does a great job in cleaning, dispensing, and effectiveness.

I love this cleansing balm!! The way that the balm is dispensed by rotating the top is unique and brilliant because you don’t need your fingers or a scoop to dig inside. That helps prevent contamination and exposure to air. The container is refillable. As of now, I don’t see the refills anywhere but hopefully they will be sold soon. The balm comes out in thin curls when the top is twisted, and it’s solid. I warm it between my hands and it melts and takes on an oilier consistency. That makes it super easy to massage onto my face. I put it everywhere, including my eyes, and there is zero irritation or burning. I then apply a small amount of water to my hands and massage my face again which emulsifies the balm. Instead of rinsing, I use a wet, disposable washcloth to wipe everything off. This balm does an amazing job of removing every last trace of makeup, even my mascara and eyeliner. I don’t wear waterproof so I’m not sure of the effectiveness for that. My skin does not feel stripped after cleansing, nor does it feel oily. The ingredients in this balm help to keep my skin soft and moisturized. Like another reviewer mentioned, it does have a slightly medicinal scent. It’s not offensive or overpowering and doesn’t give me headaches. Overall, this is one of the most impressive cleansing balms I’ve used so far. It could be good for just about any skin type. The price is fair, maybe a little high for 1.69 ounces.

Okay, it's possible that 5 stars is too generous, but I am absolutely so in love with the way this packaging grinds out the product. I am someone who tends to grab way too much, but it a solid makeup remover oil, body scrub, candy in a candy dish, you name it. This product seriously helps regulate me and gives me the perfect amount! Also, it is SO INCREDIBLY SATISFYING to twist. Yes yes, and yes. That said, the product itself does not work as well as some of my other products within this same vein - it is less effective at removing my makeup, for me, than Banila Clean It Zero and the Heimish All Clean Balm.
