I am turning 40 this year, and even though I've taken really good care of my skin, time marches on. I have started having problems with hyperpigmentation. I have tried many products, but nothing has made an appreciable difference. The other day at my yearly dermatologist visit, I said, "Nothing works for this but bleach, right?" And she said, "Well, actually..."She told me that thiamidol, the ingredient in this serum, was recently the subject of a study in which dermatologists studied efficacy against hydroquinone, which is the ingredient in prescription treatments. Thiamidol beat out the prescription treatment and has fewer side effects.This was exactly what she needed to say to get me to pay $40 for a tube of face cream, and I am happy to report that I am thrilled with the results.I have been using this product for two weeks, and my skin looks incredible. I noticed improvement re: the hyperpigmentation after the first use, and with continued use, my skin tone is improving further. It got rid of the spots; it got rid of the dark circles under my eyes. I look years younger. I am totally blown away by the huge difference this product has made, and it's absolutely worth the price. It also does not take much product even using it twice a day. One pump does my entire face plus a little bit of more concentrated coverage on my neck, chest, and arms. I just recommended this to a close friend earlier today. Game changer.

Great product. Highly effective. I do notice improvement in my PIE and overall skin tone, condition and appearance. You can feel it working, there is a slight burning or tingling but fades quickly. Have to give 15-20 min to absorb and dry fully or will pill. One pump goes a long ways. Would recommend and will repurchase

Comfortable formula, plays well with other layers of skincare. It's hard to know if it is reducing any pigment because I use several pigment inhibitors. I purchased this after watching a video by dermatologist Dr. Dray on youtube and I trust the Eucerin brand for the quality research and development they do. Fragrance is a very strong floral and it does linger several minutes before dissipating.

I buy a lot of face/skin products. I was really excited to try this but I'm not a fan. I've used it about 2 weeks, consistently. I can't get passed two things. The smell is so strong and chemically that it almost burns my eyes and no matter how little you use (even just one pump) it "pills". No matter how or when I use it, once it dries the product flakes and then pills on the skin. I've woken up with "crusties" on my face every time I've used it. That tells me it isn't absorbing. I won't be buying this again, won't/don't recommend it, and am disappointed I paid money for it.

I really liked the texture, the results and I didn't think it smelled as bad as I saw in some reviews. But I can't say that it smells good either. In fact, it said it had no fragrance... I don't know where!With a drop on your finger, you can easily apply it to a large part of your face, so a small drop goes a long way. With maybe 5 small drops, I spread it all over my face. However, I'm really attacking my dark circles, so each one gets an extra drop.

Completely a 5. Change in skin texture and tone within 5 days. I've used a pricey British skin care line for years and had issues with breaking out. Eucerin serum is 1/3 the price and much more effective.

I didn't read ingredients list. This product has an alcohol smell so I don't want to use on my face. I will start using on my neck and shoulders where I have dark areas to see if they fade. The product is creamy, smooth, and spreads easily.
