Google Pixel 9 Pro XL 5G, 256GB + 16GB RAM, Porcelain - Unlocked (Renewed)

I got my new Pixel Pro XL 256GB phone in hazel as acceptable quality from Mobile Supply (Amazon Prime) for 507$ and it's perfect! The battery life so far is really good see I tested it for a while as that's my biggest concern when getting a refurbished phone, the camera works and looks perfect, the screen is perfect, the phone and it's software/storage is perfect. I have to say performance wise the phone overall works as if it's brand new! The only "damage" about it is purely cosmetic as in the aluminum frame of the phone has minor scratches and one very small divot which it's not bad at all but noticeable. In my hand when I hold the phone bare I do not feel these scratches at all, but very VERY rarely do feel the small divot, however if you're gonna slap a case onto the phone (which most do anyways) who cares at that point no one will notice it and you wont feel it... The other cosmetics such as the back glass of the phone is in perfect condition and if you care about cosmetics that's the one thing you'll want to worry about as it enables you to put a translucent back panel case on your phone if you so choose. If you're gonna buy this phone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THIS IS MY BIGGEST WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM PRIME CELLUTIONS, I HAD ORIGINALLY BOUGHT THEIR PHONE AT FIRST IN BLACK AS "GOOD" QUALITY FOR 475$ AND THEIR PHONE'S SCREEN HAD "GOOGLE PIXEL 9 PRO XL" BURNT INTO THE PHONE'S SCREEN WHICH WAS SEMI NOTICABLE IN A BLACK BACKGROUND AND EXTREMELY NOTICEABLE IN A LIGHTER BACKGROUND, WHICH WAS TOTALLY SHOCKING FOR A "GOOD" QUALITY PHONE AND IT HAD MORE COSMETIC DAMAGE THAN MY CURRENT "ACCEPTABLE" QUALITY PHONE FROM MOBILE SUPPLY. IF PRIME CELLUTION'S PHONE WAS THAT BADLY DAMAGED IN "GOOD" QUALITY I'M EXTREMELY WORRIED ABOUT THEIR "ACCEPTABLE" QUALITY, THEY SHOULD BE FINE HOWEVER IN "EXCELLENT" QUALITY BUT I WOULDN'T RISK IT FROM PRIME CELLUTIONS ESPECIALLY PRICE POINT WISE. SO IF YOU'RE GONNA BUY THIS PHONE ENSURE IT'S FROM MOBILE SUPPLY, THEIR PHONE IN ACCEPTABLE QUALITY IS TOP NOTCH SO I BET IN GOOD QUALITY AND EXCELLENT QUALITY, MOBILE SUPPLY'S PHONE WILL BE LIKE AS IF IT'S BRAND NEW. Thankfully though Prime Cellutions did issue me a refund, which I am extremely grateful for, I hope they do ensure a better quality check on their phones more properly in the future. Overall, I am totally in love with the Pixel brand it has so many features and is much better than the current iPhone now a days in my opinion. For a phone that's half off it's original price (brand new) it's price and quality is totally worth it. I suggest getting it in hazel over black because in my opinion hazel looks and just feels so much better, but it's your choice at the end of the day. Thank you for reading my rant, I hope that if you do buy this Pixel phone that it comes in an amazing quality just like mine did.

Very happy with my renewed phone. I bought this because my last phone went swimming and didn't survive. I was torn, but at about half the cost of new I decided to go renewed. I did not notice any scratches on the phone and the battery health as received was actually 96%. Works great and was ready to be activated when received.

The phone was in absolutely perfect, brand new condition and it obviously has a new battery too. I couldn't be happier with this phone.

The package arrived undamaged and on-time. When I unpacked the phone, it looked new (unused) with no scratches on the display or body. I was thrilled with the condition of the phone itself. When I first booted the phone up, it went right to setup mode and I was able to transfer all of my files, contact lists, apps, etc. without any problem. It was VERY simple to complete setup, including moving my SIM card over to this phone. Unfortunately, about 30 minutes after completing setup, the phone performed an un-commanded factory reset and lost my information. In it's place was a corporate phone image including common apps and security warnings for the company that previously owned the device. I tried multiple times to factory reset and complete a new setup with my accounts without success. I, therefore, had to return the device. Internet searches indicated that this problem, though not very common, was not exactly uncommon either. My online research indicated that this device most likely should not have been included in the "refresh" program pool of devices, or was not properly reset. Kudos to the vendor, YY, as they handled my return promptly and efficiently processed my refund. It's a shame the device wasn't usable, as it was a really great phone that I would not want to splurge for at new phone prices.

bought two of these, they are sold as renewed in excellent condition, excellent condition states renewed to be no scratches on the screens, both do have scratch screens, as a result, I would probably put these one category below excellent, they both have 91% capacity on their battery life, with similar charge counts, one has small scratches above one of the camera lenses on the rear, I do not appear to see physical damage to the frames, they are both the 512 GB model, I will have to verify the unlocked status in an update next month as these are gifts for my kids, they come with two charging cords and two charging bricks in the box. The claim that these are refurbished/renewed is not a very believable claim, however, at least they did do what other companies failed to do and wiped the devices.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this phone upon receiving it. Being used and refurbished, I didn't know what to expect (especially for the cost - about $500 less than retail). I've had the phone for several months now, and I can say that it's been one of the best electronic purchases I've made in a while! It's also held up to several drops (with a case), and there's virtually no lag at all, despite all the storage space that I'm already using (which is why I opted for more space with the 512gb). My only issue is that sometimes the screen border at the top flickers, like it's glitching, but it doesn't affect the functionality. I'm also experiencing some issues with some accessibility features, but I think that's a Pixel thing. The battery life upon receiving was excellent, at 95% capacity, despite being marked as "good" (which would be above 80% or so). The phone did come unlocked so I was able to get it all set up with my carrier with no problems. Overall, super happy with this purchase and would purchase from this reseller again!

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished phone, but I pulled the trigger on this one as I needed a phone to finally replace my old Pixel 4 XL. I am very happy with the purchase! Great phone, and it is in great condition.

The phone is working as expected. No issues as far as I'm aware. I was able to transfer my data from my old pixel 8 pro over to the new phone with some minor difficulty which was easily resolved. The size itself is the same as my pixel 8 pro which is exactly what I wanted. As for the performance camera and durability, everything is exactly as expected.

Yo elegí la opción de condiciones excelentes y no estaba en esas condiciones, traía varios raspones en la parte trasera y en el marco superior. Estaba en condiciones BUENAS y apenas. Por lo demás el sensor de huella el reconocimiento facial y la batería están en muy buenas condiciones y funcionando al 100.
