Packed full of practical insights and stories to help student-athletes become better teammates and more positive leaders, this is a must-read for all teams. The coach might set the vision for the team, but the players carry it out. The coach may define the culture, but the players make it happen. The true culture of a team is made up of the standards and habits that the players buy into. Whether you are a captain, upperclassman, star, or freshman reserve, you can be a leader and influence your team to create a championship culture. Start becoming your team’s MOST VALUABLE LEADER today! Review: Well written, full of helpful insights! - As someone who has worked in athletics for more than two decades, I can say this book, would be a valuable tool for any coach, or team to use to help with the often overlooked art of training and or becoming a better leader! Review: Great Team Read! - Each year, our high school basketball team chooses a book to read during the season. This year, we chose The Leadership Playbook. I'm glad we did. Not only is the book great for the team, so are the online resources the author has made available on his site. They are great for promoting conversation with the group. The boys and coaches truly enjoy our Saturday mornings as we work through each chapter. I highly suggest this for a group or team.

Worst printing
This book looks like a very poor amateur attempt @ printing. Definitely would not recommend as a gift. Haven’t read it yet, but after the misleading marketing, definitely going to hold off on giving it to my son before I read it first. Hope the book is better than the cover.
