Actually this might help a small or bit only. Anyhow we must need to add more vegetables and other food which have fiber. Because I tried it with plain briyani rice. But no stool formation. Because I ate ruce only which have no fiber. And one another point is taste is ok. I mean no taste and we can mix with the food. No change in food taste.

Doesn't taste bad. Regulates very well. Easily dissolves in water. I'm into my third container of this fiber supplement taking 1 scoop( included in the container) a day.
