There's no noticeable change in food taste at all but it does aid digestion. No weird smell or color either, came well sealed as well.

Actually this might help a small or bit only. Anyhow we must need to add more vegetables and other food which have fiber. Because I tried it with plain briyani rice. But no stool formation. Because I ate ruce only which have no fiber. And one another point is taste is ok. I mean no taste and we can mix with the food. No change in food taste.

Health-focused branding means nothing if the product can trigger reactions like this. I feel misled and unsafe using this product. People with allergies, sensitive skin, or existing health issues should stay away or consult a doctor first. No consumer should have to risk their health like this. Good Monk needs to take responsibility, improve quality control, and clearly warn consumers about possible reactions. I would not recommend this product at all based on my experience
