Cheaper than sky and high street retailers
Got this as my previous remote stopped working, even after changing batteries. This one worked immediately except for volume which didn’t work at all. Had to pair remote to tv which wasn’t easy. Sky gave a code for our tv model which didn’t work, the instructions with this remote were so tiny and hard to decipher and I couldn’t find my tv model on it. Fortunately there are many forums on line, got the correct code and hey presto all working brilliantly. If anyone has problems do try forums they are very helpful.Apart from this issue I am very happy with this remote.

Does not work properly
This product does not work correctly and the buttons need pressing a number of times before they work. No free returns even though it's faulty. It would cost me nearly £3 to return a faulty product. Avoid and buy elsewhere!
