Liquid Cranberry Complex, 7.6 Fl Oz (Pack of 4)

If you get chronic UTIs, then trust me. This regimen will work for you. I take one tablespoon of cystex liquid complex cranberry every day, ALONG with Ultimate Flora Women's Care Probiotic Supplement vegetable capsules. I have tried everything, and this routine has been most the effective. I have tried taking pure D-mannose powder for prevention of UTIs, but that is more effective on treating a UTI (if the UTI is caused by the echoli bacteria.) I have had one caused by a different strain of bacteria, and Dmannose did not treat it. To treat with D-mannose powder, I take 2 tablespoons, wait one hour, drink LOTS of water, wait another hour, then take 2 more tablespoons, wait another hour, and drink LOTS of water again, and my symptoms usually go away after that. It has treated 3 UTIs. Since starting the cystex and probiotic routine, I have not gotten one UTI. There was a time where I ran out of these items and waited to purchase them again, and I got a UTI in that week time period. This stuff really works! I am UTI-free as of 2 months. I was getting UTIs once a month, so that is good so far for me. I will keep this routine up. Your bladder and urinary tract will just feel overall better also from taking these two items. I have done lots of research on UTIs and prevention: Things that can cause UTI: 1) sexual intercourse- try to pee before and after to prevent any bacteria from getting in your urinary tract 2) buy cotton underwear (I bought 5 for $26 cotton cheeky underwear from Victoria's Secret-very cute!) 3) don't use any sprays or perfume products. I used a feminine spray made specifically for "down there" and that caused my UTI not from echoli, so I had to use an antibiotic which I hate doing. I'm already resistant to Cipro, so watch out for becoming antibiotic resistant if you're constantly taking them for UTIs This is what I have found helped the most for me. I have tried EVERYTHING you can possibly imagine, and I haven't found any better solution for preventing UTIs successfully, so I thought I would share what I do to try to help others who suffer from UTIs. They are the most annoying thing ever!!

I bought from this brand 2 times. First time is around 2 years ago when I had my first UTI ever. I didn't think much of my symptoms until I peed all blood. My bf searched online and got this for me. My symptoms completely went away within probably 1.5 weeks of drinking this, drinking cranberry juice all day, and eating healthy diet. I always thought this was a "medicine" instead of dietary supplement because it tremendously soothed my symptoms within a few days. So when I couldn't find it at my local walgreens, I went for another capsule that claims to be "fast-acting". The capsule had very severe side effect which upset my stomach, and after taking it for 2 days, I developed constant abdominal pain. My symptoms only got a little bit better, and I got urinary tract pain with tummy ache. So I went on Amazon and ordered this. I immediately felt way better after first time taking it. Now it's been a few days and I still feel some sore because I haven't been drinking enough water, but I definitely feel way better. There's no side effect what so ever and it tastes great! I would recommend this to everyone!

First, I do recommend keeping this stuff in the refrigerator. It tastes very much like pineapple (due to the bromelain) and the tartness is more palatable when it's cold. After a string of 9 UTI's in about 16 months, I was getting desperate. While getting my thyroid back to normal was likely the main component in my success, the Cystex was pretty soothing to my urinary tract. I started out taking it two to three times per day, depending on how I was feeling. Now I'm down to once a day, which is better on my pocketbook! Though a bit spendy, this is the best price I have found and it's certainly easier than taking cranberry tablets multiple times per day, which didn't seem to help much, anyway. I have not had a repeat UTI since I started taking it a couple of months ago.

They say that cranberry will not cure her UTI, but I have use this repeatedly to do so. I have bad reactions to antibiotics, and often have allergic reactions as well. If you are prone to UTIs and or sick of anabiotic's, please try this! I keep this at my house at all times. In fact, it is been over a year since I've had a UTI because I will take a dose about once a month or whenever I go swimming or use a hot tub. I used to get a UTI just about every other month. Do not buy the Cystex pills! Those are not good for you and I read a very troubling study about how it affects your uterine lining. This stuff works when plain old cranberry juice does not. I have even mixed a little into my martinis and it tastes pretty good. It is nothing more then pineapple extract and cranberry extract, so it is perfectly safe for you! Something about this just works so much better than cranberry pills which are very hard on my digestive system. Just remember to keep it in the refrigerator after opening, and I guarantee you will be pleased with this product.
