Milk Thermometer for Coffee - Ideal for Milk Cheese Yoghurt Dairy

Great little thermometer

Seams to be pretty accurate. Which is unusual with many of the thermometers that I've had. A decent size, I can read it with my glasses on, but is fine. I bought it in a sour dough, to monitor the temperature. I even put it in my fridge with another thermometer and they both had the same reading.

This works as required. Clips on to my pan well, during cheese making.

Accurate to a degree or so, easily adjustable, good-sized dial.

Does what it says, perfect for the job.

Worked brilliantly in the coffee.

Easy to use

Good quality and accurate to better than the 2 degree markings (certainly around ± 1 degree) at both freezing and boiling end of temperature range so works well for kefir making and home brewing. Good quality clip to use with milk foamer for cappuccino.

Gauge is good

I like this termometer, because it is very easy to use due to a clear white screen in Fahrenheit and Celsius degrees. The best part is the handle that can be used while the milk is warming up; just clip it to the pot used for boiling the milk, while the hands are free to do other work. I am confident in recommending this product.

It works but the clamping mechanism is not holding it straight up as I want. Noticed after buying that the box reads +/- 4 celsius accuracy. Not terrible not good.

This is shipped from outside India, so Amazon is not directly responsible and hence delivery time is uncertain and so is the reliability. As per this thermometer, water boiled at 80 degree celcius and froze at 20 degrees. AVOID IT.
