I, and my kitties are very happy with this fountain!! The fountain is quiet and unoffensive to the kitties. I like the Blue light showing through the window for checking the level. This fountain is very easy to clean and maintain. I bought the extra filter refill pack, as well as a few other filter refill packs. As recommended , the whole fountain should be cleaned every two weeks. Or you can clean it weekly, depending on how many kitties are using it. What is nice is cleaning the fountain is very easy! The Stainless Steel cleans up nicely with a small amount of mild soap, taking care to rinse thoroughly to get rid of the soap. It does not take much soap at all to clean this unit, due to the Stainless Steel housings. The pump is also very easy to clean!

The media could not be loaded. Really love it! Doesn’t make a sound.. truly. I had doubts but even in a silent home there is no sound of water running or motor hum. I did place on a thin rubber circle (jar opener) underneath it just for more counter grip ans I have a cat who pulls dishes forward with her paw, and that rubber may contribute as well to complete lack of noise. The filtering block is great and even enough space that I can easily add in an additional layer of filter gauze on top of the replaceable filter piece to catch more gunk/saliva that I can rinse easily (I use quilt batting as it’s great for trapping particles in water and used by me for years in aquariums).One con, the speed and volume of the water running out if the nozzle is a bit fast, and no way to adjust it which intimidated my cat who likes a slow trickle but I’m hoping he figures out how to take smaller amounts when using it. The extra gauze and a piece of plastic to block the inside intake filter screen helps somewhat with fast volume but I would’ve loved/prefered an adjustment of volume option, though most cats most likely wouldn’t have an issue, mine however is the brightest :) and has just been using slow sink dribble for years so this is a bit of an issue.Overall: I give the overall quality, ease of cleaning, filtration apparatus/quality, look, price and noise all an A+, would buy again in a heartbeat.Only con is the volume of water coming from the nozzle and the somewhat difficult removal of the top plate while carefully trying to run water in it back into bowl and not spilling on counter. Though my guess is most of this type of filter has similar issue.. also a plus is if the pump stops for whatever reason, there is still about a 1/4 inch of water sitting in the top for cat to have until you fix the issue and doesn’t leave them without a drop.

Awesome fountain! It’s very easy to clean, and the stream of water makes it so my cats drink more water :)It’s not noisy at all, either, which is a huge plus.

Arrived on time & setup easily. The unit performs as expected & seems to be well made. It's quiet too.The only issue is: after two days my kitty just looks at it, but doesn't drink from it... I'm not sure why.

It took my cats a little bit to like this, now they love it. I have one that drinks from the fountain and one from the bowl.The pump went out after 2 mos but a new one was sent and its back in business.

Love it! My cats love their fountain! I wish it was a little bigger because I have 3 cats and I need to add water to it daily, but otherwise its awesome! Easy to set up, easy to clean and maintain, quiet, and so far going strong! I have only had it about 2 months but so far so good!

I have recently read a lot about plastic fountains, and how they can form some toxic residue, which gets into the water and damages the cats' kidneys over time (do your own research). So I decided to go for stainless steel. My cats love it, the filters are easily available. It's perfect. Highly recommended.

The water is strong and really attracts my cat when she first saw this new water fountain. However, the filter introduces a small amount of carbon to the water, although I guess it should not do any harm due to precipitation. It works very quietly, so I can sleep with nearly no noise and don't need to fill the tank every night.
