We had previously used a 'Drinkwell' fountain, for our now aging kitty - this one worked flawlessly for years, but was constructed from plastic and I used to hate cleaning it, because it was always slimy, when cleaning it up, even using filtered water and swapping/refilling the water supply regularly and pulling it apart to clean it regularly. We really like the simplicity of set up, use and overall operation of this steel fountain. Our cat really seems to enjoy it, as we had left his old fountain up, at first, for a few days, while showcasing the new one, ...just in case he didn't like this 'new' thing. No problem. He absolutely preferred this metal one, without hesitation. We would recommend getting the extra filter package included and springing for the extra few dollars to have them included with your new fountain, before having to purchase additional replacement filters separately, for future use. The view window for water level and blue light illumination are nice. USB cable to power the pump with wall plug is included here. Super easy set up and works, as expected and advertised, right out of the box. Pump is quiet and runs smoothly. Longevity of the pump is yet to be determined, so cannot make any comments in regard to this here, at this time. Some splashing seems to occur, so a water mat or waterproof feeding mat is recommended, especially if planning to use this item on wood floors, carpet or other flooring that may suffer water damage, though this would be minor, unless your feline is a notorious messy eater or likes making a mess with the water, for whatever reason.

This is a delight to set up, which took about 10 minutes total as the filter has to soak for 5 minutes before use. But I am so happy that, in addition to the extra filters and sponges as advertised, it includes an extra cup, connecting tube, and a USB charger. What a great deal! My kitty does seem to view it as a new toy rather than a drinking fountain for now. She is fascinated by the blue light and gave the whole unit a thorough sniffing before sticking her paw in to play with the running water. It really thrilled her to discover the wetness is water. She got so excited she did zoomies around the coffee table then leaped up the screen door! It shouldn't be long before she figures out the practical aspect of her new "toy" though. Bottom line is she absolutely loves it, especially the blue light for some reason. I am happy!

So I just ordered my third one. I have two and I ordered my son who is fostering two kittens for us right now. I’ve had a lot of cat fountains. I love how this one is easy to clean. Easy to put together, the noise level is low, although one of mine is much quieter than the other one it’s kind of weird. I definitely prefer the design better than the ones that have like the flowers where it comes out in a trickle in five different areas. In my opinion, this design beats all the other ones. The only thing that could make this one perfect is if it blinked to tell you, you needed to change the filter. I highly recommend this fountain and these will be the only ones I buy from here on out. love it thank you.

Works great but I’m not a fan of the power wire for the pump being permanently attached so when I wash the pump I need to be cautious of the usb getting wet. Also I’m not a fan of the tube connecting the pump to the faucet because it’s very hard to take off and clean.Other than that this water fountain is very quiet, doesn’t leak, has a great look, is very durable with great water flow and my cat loves it.

This is an absolute, 100% upgrade from my last cat fountain! I love the stainless, the filters, and how much quieter (almost silent), this fountain actually is. Always use 100% Mountain Spring Water!!! (No tap water) I always kept my last fountain clean, but it was plastic with terrible filters. My two cats love this new one, but it did take my female cat a day to get over the fact that it kinda looks like a UFO with the blue light window, but she doesn’t care anymore & loves drinking from the spout. I would definitely recommend this for the price point & quality. Keep in mind that these pumps are only expected to last a little over a year, but if you keep it clean, maybe longer (as my experience with the last fountain). Replacing is easy.

Much quieter than I expected! You cannot hear it at all, only sometimes and it’s just a small drip but the majority of the time you can’t even tell it’s there!My cat hasn’t sparked any interest yet, but it’s his first fountain so I wasn’t expecting him to approach it right away. As far as the actual fountain, glad I went with this one, it’s quiet, a great size, easy to clean, and smaller than I expected. However it holds a lot of water and is super easy to set up!

Love this fountain and so does my cat! It comes apart easily and makes it super manageable to clean each individual part which i know can be an issue. Super quiet while running (almost no sound at all) and i love that you can see the water level through the glass on the size! The design is great, motor life seems to be in great working order & the filters are super easy to change out. would recommend this to every pet owner i know!

It’s super quiet and great for the price. If you’re on a budget or just trying to see if your cat likes fountains (I have 3 but only 2 will drink from fountains) this is the one! easy set up and so far no problems! I’m not expecting the motor to last forever but for the price it’ll do for the time being. Plus it’s stainless steel which is great for cats overall health and so much easier to clean!
