There is a gas leake issue( when the gas is off) . Reported the issue with the brand the brand says they provide warranty(false). They gave 3 options:1) pay 499 for courier of new gas stove2) spend your money to courier for sonipat warehouse and they will send new once they receive old stove.3) pay yourself for repair at local shop only under 200/- rs. And they will do reimbursement but no guarantee as an outsider has touched the stove.My point is if I had to repair it with unauthorised repair centers why will I buy the product from longway. Brand has no warranty . You will have to pay more at the time of warranty . Or repair it from outside shop they will then be free of the the issue once repaired. Out. We have to bare full risk.
