I purchased this as it contains 82 minerals, a much better salt than standard table salt. I use it for cooking and placing on prepared meals.It is coarse so if you wanted it on meals it is hard to break down. It's too wet to be used in a salt mill.

Good salt lovely large crystals and taste.

High quality salt, simple but it is a little damp. Might be best drying out on a plate on a window sill before putting in a grinder. Just my thoughts..
