Very bad! Malfunctioned !!
UpdatedI have had a great experience with united, they took responsibility for default phone and replaced it completely to a new one! Thank you for your service.Initially.... My nanny received the phone while I was out of town and I didn't get the chance to use it within the return period. Its so bad!! It turns off on its own! The speaker is very bad, people cant hear you properly nor can I listen to music or anything without it getting weird sounds while listening!! I wish I could return it!!!

Display Failure Within One Year of Purchase
We bought this phone in August 2025, and today the display suddenly failed without any physical damage, drops, or mishandling. This is very disappointing, especially since the phone is only about a year old. We expected much better quality and durability. It feels like a waste of money. Please look into this issue and provide a suitable solution under your service or warranty policy.
