She apologized profusely, and did offer an Amazon gift card (also offered a free replacement, which I declined) in addition to the refund I did receive. I did accept the gift card (will update when received). I will say this company is very good with their customers and does want to make the situation right.I did have 1 star, but because of the customer service I received, I increased it to 4 stars, they genuinely seem to want to make it right when something goes wrong.
