Great little toaster!
Great little toaster! I love that it fits against the backsplash and that I can see how done the toast is. No problems removing the tray to clear the crumbs, or removing the glass plate to clean. Love it!

Not really worth the money
It’s not really wide enough to fit to pieces of toast next to each other. It’s also hard to see the toast through the “glass” because it has no lights so you are relaying on the coils to light it up. Just buy a normal toaster.

A toast that functions poorly.
A toaster that is mediocre at best. Set on the max, you still have to toast at least twice to get the proper browning. No way to adjust the setting. The window is important: On the second attempt to achieve toast, if you don't hover at the window, you'll burn the bread every time. I would have returned it, but I wrongly thought I could somehow get it to function. Avoid this product.
