Excellent product

I use this along with fruit every morning and it's a very welll made meal replacement and start to my busy days. I don't eat a full meal in the mornings,so this is perfect to get protein and healthy nutrients without taking too long to get it in.

I love these shakes. They are so expensive but they taste good, curb my appetite and give me energy.

shakeology is a good product all around good taste, and nutrition

If you're like me, you enjoy your protein shakes but probably don't have one every day. I typically have a shake as a breakfast replacement 4-5 days per week.
