So far I used it 4 times, not very consistently yet I see a change. Once I use the medium normal mode, once the high and twice the fast. I love the autoglade option for faster application. One leg took me about 10 minutes, both plus armpits and private parts took only 40m. This product is easy to use, on the bigger size, yet easy to hold and maneuver. I got this over compensator because it's safer for skin with freckles and I can say it won't burst if there's a big contrast in melatonin. Yet I got a white gel liner to cover such spots just in case. After those 4 uses it made my hairs weaker and less dense. Also i truly appreciate the cold experience during the entire process. I feel like will consistency it truly works wonders and I will keep you updated. The only time you can smell something is if hair wasn't shaved properly and it burns. Though so far it proofed to be safe, fast, comfortable, easy to use and to be effective even with inconsistent use. There I give it thumbs up and I would be happy to pay for it again. Value for money is present!

Literally hair stop growing back on the area I worked on. Painless! I used it on my teens pit and she loves the results. Will keep using it until all the hair stop regrowing back.

Update: 8/26/25 - so far, issues have been rectified. I received a new device yesterday and will be mailing the non-working device back very soon. Customer service was very easy to work with via email, which is much appreciated. I will report back if the new one stops working as well.This IPL worked great...WHEN it worked. It was delivered 7/21, and now on 8/19, my return window has already closed. After paying $300+ I would not have expected it to stop working in less than a month. The fan no longer works at all and you can't tell when it's on. It will occasionally flash, but you have to continuously turn it back on. Here's wishing I hadn't wasted my money.

As a heteronormative 52 year old male, I was delighted to find the device is purple and presented a sparkly card with little jewels stuck to it, plus a flamboyant red case with a gold zipper festooned with a golden "U" for "ulike". The card itself is empty; I can only imagine they presume I will mail it to a middle-aged white guy friend, when I endeavor to make a sassy statement of some kind.Said another way, lest you doubt, in any way, that this product is targeting women (and potentially gay men), allow me to put your doubts to rest.That being said, the device is awesome. Its cooling feature is a complete game changer. My wife was incredulous: She has been getting the treatment professionally done for years and they just use a fan, and she said that yes it hurt and yet it was hot. NO MORE! And I appreciate the glasses. Very happy!

The after two weeks picture in this photo is a lie! This product is not working for me and if anything, it has made everything worse, wayyy worse, since I had to shave to use. I have been using for over a month, going on 2 and I now have a what feels like full on beard patches growing.. I am not joking with you guys. This product does not work and I fall within this so called criteria with lighter skin and darker hairs. I was getting tired of the plucking but I would rather have done that than have to deal with what I have going on now. I got an email from the company shortly after purchasing and heard nothing since. I do not recommend. Afraid of what I am going to have to deal with the rest of my life now thanks to putting my trust into a product that I thought would help with one of the most embarrassing imperfections I could imagine that I have on my face, being a female with big hairy patches on my chin. Hardly flat chested. Thanks a lot Ulike, you suck! 😭 the picture I have here is with a fresh shave. This looks way worse than it everrrrrrr has.

I've been using this product consistently for 3 weeks, every other day. I am already seeing a noticeable reduction in hair growth in the areas I've been treating. It's easy to use, not hot and the size is great for storing in my bathroom. Very happy so far with this product and will update down the road once I've gotten through a full cycle.
