Extremely Disappointed – Two Faulty Phones!
I deeply regret purchasing these phones. I bought two devices about 45 days ago, and both of them have serious issues. • The first device clearly came opened and resealed. It constantly freezes, turns off by itself, and does not charge properly even with its original charger. • The second device also freezes frequently, and it has serious microphone and sound problems. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for new, working devices, but what I received feels defective and unreliable. The frustration of dealing with two faulty phones is beyond words. I expected much better quality and customer support. I absolutely do not recommend buying this product. Total waste of money and a very disappointing experience.

TERRIBLE MOBILE: NETWORK ISSUES
Useless phone, been using it for a few weeks now and it keeps showing no network and also keeps echoing while talking on the phone. Such a waste of money. Can’t return as well now!!

I received a used phone with pre-installed apps and backup data. The SIM card doesn’t work – it shows “Baseband Unknown”. This is not a new device. Totally disappointed. Not recommended!

Delusione e sconforto.
Non acquistate questo smartphone, soprattutto non da questo venditore. Ho speso 125 euro, non mi aspettavo un super telefono, ma era un'emergenza e di solito con Xiaomi non ho problemi. Per carità mia colpa che ho fatto passare la scadenza del reso, ma il venditore oltre a copiare ed incollare il mio messaggio non mi ha più risposto. Ed il telefono non funziona. Problema uno non si spegne, devo far scaricare la batteria per spegnerlo, problema due tutte le app, e dico tutte comprese impostazioni e. Fotocamera, smettono di funzionare e si chiudono. Ho fatto anche un hardreset ma ha nulla è servito. Ripeto non comoarte da questo rivenditore lo Xiami Poco C75
