These Fairlife strawberry, vanilla, & chocolate protein shakes taste delicious and are low calorie (yet high protein) for the taste. Just be sure to refrigerate before use so they are cold, and shake them to get the milkshake consistency. I tried several different types and even put together a spreadsheet to compare the different ingredients. These Fairlife shakes and Joku Molk (only tried vanilla) are my favorites. Fairlife drinks are the best tasting overall.
