Adam and Illy VIRTUS TV Stand, Baroque/Black

This product was a nightmare. First of all the packaging came in shreds. They had taped it up and it was barely together. Thankfully, the contents looked okay. The assembly was the horrible. The directions look simple enough, but none of the parts shown actually fit in the premade holes, and half the screws/bolts/etc. that came with it aren’t even shown to be used for anything. For example, the list of quantities of parts shows that there should be 18 prices of one of the screws, but the directions show that it’s used 24 times. How does that make sense? This tv stand is a hassle to put together and now I’m left with not enough parts to put it together with useless instructions and some parts that I have no clue what to do with and that clearly don’t fit anywhere else. I even contacted the company that makes it for clarification and no response. I can’t even return it because the box barely made it in one peice, so I just lost all my money. Don’t waste your time and money with this one. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. It’s a crappy product from a crappy company. Completely regretting this buy.
