RECEiVED CRUSHED UNUSABLE TOILET, NO REFUND, NO RETURN, NO AMAZON A-Z GUARANTEE!
DO NOT BUY!!! Who is the Seller "Unknown"? WHY does this toilet/seller now link to bogus books? Why the name change from "PLUMBERSTOCK"? I speculate it's probably due to a lot of complaints & investigations from banks trying to recover funds, and now that it's Christmas season they don't want anyone to know anything negative. I bought this very expensive toilet from Seller PlumberStock, which now pulls up as "Unknown" in my "buy again" list (Mmmnn...). The toilet came VERY poorly packaged (see picturess-There was NO cushioning between the tank and the outside of box). It arrived in a million pieces, and the Seller would not refund me, take it back, nor ship me a new one. Amazon A-Z guarantee also DID NOT make good on this purchase. A complete farce. Yes, I take full responsibility for not opening the box immediately, but that doesn't excuse PlumberStock's responsibility for sending/ my receiving a crushed toilet & them not making good on it. The toilet may have be crushed before leaving their warehouse for all I know. I shouldn't have to open a box immediately. I didn't expect a poorly packaged broken toilet. Who ships a toilet with no cushioning around the tank??? The toilet wasn't opened for almost 3 months because the bathroom wasn't ready for installation at the time of delivery. What a surprise when the plumber opened the box! I would never purchase from PLUMBERSTOCK aka UNKNOWN again, and PLEASE DO NOT TRUST OR BELIEVE the Amazon A-Z Guarantee hype. It never made it past "A" in my case, and this had to be the quickest denial I've ever received in life - which was almost immediately after I hung up the phone from someone from Amazon. Plumberstock & Amazon both acted cordially in taking my claim as though they would help, but immediately after taking my claim they both swiftly, and ruthlessly denied me any remedy. Save yourself heartache and pain. BUY THIS TOILET ELSEWHERE!
