I love this car diffuser! It was easy to set up, and the app is simple to use. I like being able to adjust the scent strength and schedule when it runs. The fragrance lasts a long time without being overpowering, and it keeps my car smelling fresh every time I get in. It’s a little pricey, but the quality and convenience make it worth it. I bought one and gifted one for a friend. Both were unable to charge and would be red saying it needs a charge. Also I purchased 8 scents. There is no magic to it, it is just a gel. The pura is just a fan. These are a terrible value that don't last very long. The scents are great but way overpriced. If they sold the gel in a vacuum sealed bag and let us replace it instead of shipping the whole plastic container and it came in a 3 pack for that price then it would be compelling. But for almost 20 bucks for a 2 inch diameter of gel? This purchase is a pretty big regret lol

This would be my first time trying any product form Pura and I have to say, I’m not impressed. I’ve been seeing this brand pop up all over the place and all of their stuff has a pretty big price point but I thought “Hey, if the quality is there and it smells good, then I’m all for it” I liked the idea of this product that it was rechargeable, so you didn’t have to have it plugged in all the time, that it automatically turned off and on with the motion of the car and that they scent cartridges you put in are spill resistant. I also liked that you could change the intensity of the smell. However: while this product is rechargeable and they boast for it to have a 15 hour battery life. I have not experienced that. I’m sure if you read the fine print they’re basing that off of having it set on the lowest intensity. Round trip I have about a 40 minute drive to work and back and I do some other moderate driving but for me I feel like I have to recharge this thing every three days or so. Secondly, I have mine set on the highest intensity and I feel like it could be stronger. Now to be fair, I’ve only tried out one cent so far so I’ll need to see how that goes with other ones. Obviously, when I first put the cartridge in, I had a pretty good smell for a day or so, but I feel like it very quickly faded, and was very faint, even with having it set on the highest intensity. Overall, this product did work, but I would’ve just expected something a little bit better from how they market this as a more “high end” product and the price point of it. UPDATE: after using this product for another week and trying a different scent cartridge I ultimately ended up returning this item because I just did not feel as if it was worth the money.

The box that the diffuser came it was wet from water damage...it peel like a banana. The smell was moldy but the diffuser worked as far as it powdered on and connected with the Pura app. When I get my scent disc later today...because it didn't come with one... I will let you all know if it actual works with the scent disc.

Purchased this for my husband as he was really wanting to try it and was indecisive. He has not stopped talking about how much he enjoys it! There are a lot of scents to choose from, so there really is something for everyone. He keeps it in his jeep and I have to say, it is such a pleasant scent. Strong enough to smell and do what it is intended to do, but not strong enough to give you a headache or make you feel sick. It is light but potent. It is small and discreet and fits right in one of the cup holders. It is easy to charge and seems to hold the charge for a while. He has had it for almost 4 months and has only had to charge it twice. Looks great, was exactly what he was looking for and he is happy. I am actually considering getting one for my vehicle as well.

Very disappointed in this air freshener. First the batteries don’t last at all I charged it up and had it set to auto mode (turn on off with car motion) and I would come out in the mornings and the batteries are drained and won’t work so I now have to keep it plugged in at all times to work. Second the actual air freshener pucks when you first use them day 1 are extremely overbearing and my first impression was good at least they will last. I have used 2 different pucks on rotation over a week and by day 5 /6 you can’t even smell them!! That overwhelming scent disappears extremely fast. This product is over complicated make you use the app for most features and doesn’t even work after a week. Very expensive paper weight.

Really a 3.5 stars it works.. as long as it stays charged. I find myself within 3-4 having to always recharge. I’m not a super active in my car and go many places. The longevity of the battery is eh. I’ve thought of ways to have it that I can have it always on charge. However then I would have been better buying the older version that requires a charger at all times. The ability to adjust the scents is very nice and the auto turn off when the vehicle isn’t moving is great too. For the money and functionality I think I would have rather saved a little and figured out how to use the older version and just have it in a place it could always charge.

Hello, I recently purchased the Pura Car Pro (Amazon.ae on June 3, 2025), but I am unable to connect it to the Pura app. The device powers on with a solid blue light but does not enter pairing mode despite multiple reset attempts (holding button 15–20 seconds, battery drain, app reinstall, Bluetooth reset). The app says “No Diffuser Found,” and I confirmed all settings and permissions are correct. Please advise on next steps or confirm if I can replace or return the unit. Thank you
