First time buying...just received...looking forward to the benefits...will update once I take for a few more days. I will say I was surprised by some of the reviews because my product didn't smell, had no after taste, taste was mild, and not nasty at all. The gel came with the right consistency. I was satisfied with my purchase!

This stuff has 1 smell and 2 tastes. I hope this makes sense but the smell is very dank. It reminds me of the moldy smell of my grandpa's flooded basement. No, it's not expired... its just probably the natural taste of the sea moss. You can smell and taste this darkness. I'm sorry because I know its made consciously and has a lot of health benefits but I'm not gonna lie about the taste just because it's healthy. I eat seasoned food, I don't play about the taste of things. Now, it has a second taste that you don't really smell. The 2nd taste is actually whatever it's flavored with. I got the blue raspberry one. I hold my nose while I eat it. If I see health results within a month, I may just keep buying it and hold my nose. Maybe I'll try another flavor. I'm sorry I couldn't be so positive but I only took off 1 star. I think this is generous considering the taste.

I have now had the Blue Spirulina, Pineapple and the Elderberry and the elderberry has been the most tolerable. I haven’t noticed any differences but I take two spoonfuls each morning with Greek yogurt as a chaser. Idk why but I will keep buying

The raspberry/spirulina was by far the worst sea moss flavor I’ve tried. Nasty and lingers for hours no matter how hard you try to wash it down. The consistency was different than other sea moss brands I’ve tried. I wish I could return

The benefits are amazing, to me it tastes like pool water but like if it was tasty pool water, but I don't care, it's not a gross taste

I love this True Sea Moss. Just ordered my second bottle. This product works. The taste is very mild. I put in my smoothies. Helps me with occasional constipation. There’s no smell to it. Love it.

It Was probably one of the grossest tasting things I've ever had. Smelled like sea water and tasted worse. I'm sure there are benefits but I couldn't stomach the taste to finish it. Literally gagging
