YASUCISS Smart Lock with Camera,Smart Door Lock,3D Facial Recognition,Real-Time Monitor,Two-Way Intercom,WiFi APP Control, R/L Adjustment (X5)

Bought this lock as it was affordable and had all the features i wanted.. video to see who is there and no keys. It was easy to install however set up was a littlw tricky. It takes me a few trys to grt into the settings to add passcode or change things.

It was working good but have fatal mistake . The lock open at night using facial print for delivery man wearing hat when he come closer to the lock . The lock define the delivery man same official print of me .This error make me feel unsafe which is opposite the reason I bought this lock for. Another update on this lock now it doesn't want to open with my finger print , it accepts the fingerprint it say unlock but the lock doesn't open i kept trying several times until it opened no one was in the house to open the door for me from inside I have to try many times until the lock was opened!!!!!!

The product is as described & very useful. Esay to install, use smartlife tuya apps to see the log, one time password, battery percentage, It is not a "video survillance" it's like a door bell & captures image when press the bell symbol in the lock. notification & remote access request will appear on mobile.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a product purchased on Amazon. The YASUCISS Smart Lock with Camera (X5) is a complete scam. Half of what the product claims to do simply doesn’t work, and the functionality is extremely poor. App Issues: Only one user can configure the app, which makes user management a nightmare. The mobile app is nearly useless—you can’t manage users, adjust settings, or use most features. The only thing it seems capable of is viewing the camera feed. Misleading Claims: The product advertises 3D facial recognition, real-time monitoring, and two-way intercom, but none of these features work properly. Even after contracting Amazon’s service for installation and configuration, the device failed to meet expectations. Overall Design: The lock feels like an incomplete, poorly developed product. For something marketed as "smart," it’s anything but. The usability is horrendous, and it does not deliver on its promises. Save your money and avoid this product at all costs. I regret buying it—it’s a waste of money and time. Amazon should stop selling such poorly made products.
